Fred Chang
DIRECTOR
At Work
I co-founded XnO in May 2011, specialising in tax compliance. My main fields and focus are business consulting and maintaining client relationships, my philosophy is to always be in the client's shoes and go the extra mile for the best outcome. Being an accountant brings great satisfaction when I get to help clients navigate finances and achieve the best outcome. I would describe myself as proactive, efficient, approachable, organised and detail-oriented.
Off Work
When I was 17, friends and I put together one of the first Asian basketball comp in Brisbane South, proud to be a part of promoting this great sport! I spent my childhood playing lots and lots of basketball and tennis and dreamt of becoming a sports star. Now I am passionate about golf, not an easy sport but I enjoy meeting people there. I love having sushi for a healthy meal, simple yet tasty. I admire Edward Sahakian, one of the nicest people put on earth, well dressed and spoken, always humble and willingly shares his life experiences.

At Work
I started working as client support at XnO in June 2022. The job requires multitasking skills which challenges and motivates me to be organised and efficient. I would describe myself as a calm, positive, contented, confident and happy person.
Off Work
My go-to comfort food is chicken nuggets with fries, yum! I love to catch up with friends and family, strong believer in the quote "It's all about quality of life and finding a happy balance between work, friends and family.". When it’s me time I visit our local gym, that's where I stress relief. I also love sparkling water.
CHRIS WU
ACCOUNT SUPPORTAt Work
I started working at XnO in February 2022, my job involves account support, financial statement and tax return preparations. I find working with numbers interesting and challenging, I love challenges. I would describe myself as optimistic, versatile, open-minded, sincere and honest.
Off Work
I play/watch a lot of sports and enjoy bonding with my family and friends. I love to have warm congee with varieties of side dishes for breakfast, start my day on a good note. I admire Warren Buffett for his humility and generosity, he created his own fortune and not shy about sharing with people in need. I can't live without my daily exercise.

At Work
My role at XnO is to create a positive and enjoyable work environment, aka Office Canine Ambassador. I signed my full-time contract in May 2023. My work motto is "Yap! Yap! You stressed, I relieve.", I was born ready for this job.
Off Work
I LOVE CHEWING! From socks to shoes, pants to jackets, it is the most satisfying thing to do in the world! I admire Scooby in Scooby-Doo, he gets to eat everything, pizza, hot dogs and burgers. I only get little overbaked cookies called kibble, NOT FAIR! Things I can't live without are cuddles and lots of attention.
